Receta de polenta básica
Ingredientes para four-six personas
- 6 tazas de agua o caldo
- 2 cucharaditas de sal
- 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
- two tazas de harina de maíz
Pon el agua a hervir. Añade la sal y echa la polenta poco a poco removiendo bravissimo para que no se hagan grumos. La proporción de agua/polenta cada uno me da una distinta, yo uso más o menos 4 a 1. Pero no es demasiado importante, somme, hay que seguir removiendo hasta que quede una masa consistente. Eso te llevará de ten a thirty minutos, dependiendo del agua y del tipo de polenta que tengas a mano.
Puedes usar caldo en vez de sólo agua, o añadir cualquier cosa para que le dé sabor. Yo en esta receta usé sofrito de ajos tiernos, aunque mucha gente le pone queso. La polenta sola no te la recomiendo, queda demasiado sosa.
