    So many…

If you don’t own a crock pot then get one. Easy and delicious slow cooking. I do pulled pork and then mix in a mixture of apple juice, brown sugar and bbq sauce. Serve it on buns and let the baby eat it out of a bowl.
Rump roasts in the pot are always easy too.
Another easy crock pot recipe is chili. Put in whatever ingredients you like in chili (be sure to brown ground beef or turkey first) and add in a box of uncooked macaroni. Another good one for baby just don’t make it too hot and don’t put onions in.
Black eyed peas and a ham steak. (crock pot)
Butter beans and a ham steak. (crock pot)
We love tacos because everyone can do their own. I put the beef, tomatoes and cheese mixed up in a bowl for my 18 month old.
I buy the canned LaChoy Chicken Chop Suey put put in 2 extra chicken breasts and water chesnuts to make it better. Super easy. This is how I got my 18 month old to eat rice.

Do you like fish? I made this recipe that I found on recipezaar.com and it is like amaaaazing and very simple.

3-4 tilapia fillets, depending on size
    1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs.
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    olive oil
Thaw and wash tilapia fillets if frozen. Pat dry on paper towels.
Combine crumbs, parmesan, italian seasoning and garlic powder on a plate, mixing well.
On a different plate, pour 1 tbsp lemon juice.
Working 1 at a time, place a fillet on the plate in the lemon juice, sprinkle with desired amount of kosher salt (be careful about how much salt is in your parmesan, crumbs, and other seasonings), black pepper, and garlic powder. Turn the fillet over in the lemon juice and sprinkle seasoning on the other side.
Dredge fillet in the parmesan mixture patting it all over to coat.
Place in an oiled baking dish, repeat with remaining fillets.
Sprinkle a little lemon juice over fillets and drizzle or spray them lightly with olive oil.
Bake at 425ºF for about 20 minutes or until they easily flake with a fork and edges are browning (you can sprinkle some more parmesan on top if desired). You can also bake these faster at 450ºF.

Sooo sooo good. I found so many good recipes on recipezaar.com and cooks.com

Place foil on a cooking sheet put your chicken on the foil and then season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt. Pop it in the oven at 350* for about 25 mins then take it out and put some BBQ sauce on at the last 5 mins of cooking the chicken. You can add a side of beans and potato salad, if you want.

    Delicious and easy lasagna

    1 onion, diced small
1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 jar spaghetti sauce…your favorite kind
However much frozen spinach you like
2, 8oz bags of Italian blend shredded cheese
    1 small container cottage cheese
    1 egg
1 box of no boil lasagna noodles…I like Barilla brand

    1. Brown ground beef or turkey with diced onion, drain fat

    2. Add spaghetti sauce to beef and heat on low

    3. In blender or food processor, process cottage cheese together with egg

    4. In 9×13 baking dish, spoon a little sauce on bottom of pan…just so noodles won’t stick.

    5. place 1 layer thick noodles in pan…overlapping edges a little

    6. Add 1/3 sauce, then 1/3 cottage cheese, then 1/3 spinach, then 1/3 shredded Italian cheese

    7. Repeat layers 2 more times, noodles, sauce, c.cheese, spinach, finishing with Italian cheese.

    8. Bake for about 1 hour in 350 degree oven…cheese will brown, and you may want to dome some foil over the pan.

    9. Remove from oven and let set for about 10 minutes…and enjoy!
